Peek Inside Phaedra Parks’ Jaw-Dropping New Atlanta Home
“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Phaedra Parks is finally letting folks in on how she’s living down in the South, thanks to a brand new home tour! And trust us when we say, there’s some truly impressive and interesting things inside!
Per the reality TV star, the home was built in the late 1960s, but she decided to buy it in 2017. Almost immediately after purchasing, she decided to gut the entire home and start from scratch so she could put her own spin on it. Now, the six bedrooms, 10 bath main house is truly one of a kind and screams Phaedra from start to finish! The property also includes one bed, two bath guest house.

Once you enter the kitchen, you’re immediately impressed by the layout and seating. But you’d also be impressed to know that the kitchen was patterned after an Italian villa that Phaedra stayed in years ago. So, she wanted to bring some of that flair back to the ATL!

One thing about Phaedra, she’s not one for boring styles. And that’s exactly why she was intentional about bringing a pop of color into her living room.

Backyard Lot Area
Right off the pool lies this outdoor space which extends well beyond what’s actually pictured here. In fact, per Phaedra the lot size is almost 2 acres so trust and believe—that’s a whole lot of greenery to take care of!

Over the the left, you can see the guest house that we mentioned earlier as well as the nice backyard pool area.
New Orleans-esque Outdoor Fountains
Similar to the travel inspiration she mentioned before in the kitchen, these outdoor fountains were inspired by her frequent travels to New Orleans. So, as such, she decided to bring a piece of that city to her own home.
Backyard Gazebo
In addition to the pool and the guest house, visitors can also chill in the backyard, in her gazebo-like area that looks like it can host at least 10! Talk about a fire pool party.
