Here’s How Megan Thee Stallion Stays Fit and Fine
It’s no secret that Megan Thee Stallion has a body (ody-ody) that consistently has her fans and followers begging for her workout routine. After dropping a bevy of jaw-dropping bikini pics and videos from her recent trip to Italy, folks were even more intent on learning what they need to do to look as fit and fine as she does.
Luckily, we’ve been paying attention to her posts for a while. So much so that we were able to round up a handful of ways the “Right Now” rapper keeps her physique in tip-top form. So if you’re ready to get snatched like a stallion, keep reading!

Solidcore
While this is a relatively new addition to her routine, Megan recently decided to take a Solidcore class – a high-intensity, low-impact strength training workout that uses a Pilates-inspired reformer machine – in an attempt to diversify her workout. And while she initially struggled with some of the moves (It’s ok, sis, we would too), by the time the class ended, she was committed to going back and conquering the workout.
Pole Dancing & Pilates
As if she needed to be any sexier, in May, Meg showed us that she’d incorporated pole dancing and Pilates into her hot girl summer routine. Although she was a pole dancing beginner at the time, it’s been a few months since her first post. So it’s pretty safe to assume that she’s only gotten better since then!
Personal Training
If you’ve been following the “Number One Rule” rapper for as long as we have, you know that her personal trainer is one of her biggest sources of inspiration to keep her fitness goals on track. Thanks to him, she does a variety of tough workouts at the gym when she’s not taking her other fitness classes. Although some trainers are pricier than others, with a little research, it’s easy to find an affordable one near you!
Eating Clean
Ask almost any fitness expert, and they’ll tell you that to get the physique you want, it’s better to focus on 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. So, it’s only right to expect someone like Thee Stallion to stay on point with what she’s putting into her body. Thankfully, she gave us a little glimpse into what she usually eats when she’s training. Spoiler alert: it involves a lot of fish, greens, protein smoothies, and sweet potatoes.
“Hottie Bootcamp”
Perhaps one of the best things about the Houston hottie is that she’s a girl who wants to help other “hotties” get snatched, too. That’s why she’s long documented her fitness journey on her YouTube channel through her “Hottie Bootcamp” series. So, even if you can’t afford Pilates, pole dancing, or a personal trainer, the videos include workouts that you can do at home or at the gym to stay on track!
