A Peek Inside Kevin Hart’s Beautiful Estate

With the wealth that comedian Kevin Hart has built over the years, you can expect him to live in a home that reflects that success. The multi-millionaire settled his family down in a Calabasas home nearly a decade ago, and ever since then, he’s been making major investments, including purchasing the mansion next door to add to his primary estate for $7 million, according to Architectural Digest.

The total 42-acre estate includes a 9,349-square-foot Mediterranean-style home featuring six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a wine cellar and expansive outdoor amenities. An infinity-edge pool, tennis court, putting green, koi pond and outdoor kitchen also add much character to the home.

As soon as you walk into Hart’s home, you’re greeted by a spiraling staircase that is surrounded by priceless art.

The home was custom-built to Hart’s liking back in 2018, according to reports. Since then, he’s made major renovations to the mansion.

As seen in Hart’s livestream, he also has a custom bar, which is right next to the kitchen. The comedian also has a thing for Casa Azul tequila, which is apparent in the several bottles that line the bar shelves.

Looking past the living room, you can see many of the adorning details of the lower floor of Hart’s mansion. From gorgeous chandeliers and modern kitchen appliances to the overall breathtaking architecture of the space, every detail inside the home was perfectly thought out.

In addition to a home movie theater, Hart’s compound is also packed with a tennis court and a putting green for practicing golf, according to Architecture Digest. Hart told Druski and Cenat the chairs in his home theater are made with “reduced linen” fabricate, which is why they’re so comfortable!

Hart also has a home gym located on the lower level. The room features a pilates machine, weights, an exercise bike and floor-to-ceiling reflective windows.

Back Patio

In addition to all the other amenities, Hart’s backyard features a koi pond, a waterfall, an alfresco dining area and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, pizza oven and fireplace, per AD.

Infinity Pool

Hart actually has two swimming pools. In his original residence, there’s a rectangular pool and the second property has an infinity-edged swimming pool that overlooks the surrounding Calabasas area.
