A Look Inside Michael B. Jordan’s $10.5M LA Mansion, Now For Sale

Just one month after Michael B. Jordan won his Oscar for “Sinners,” it seems the mega-movie star has his sights set on bigger and better things. Or at least, that seems to be the case now that his chic L.A. mansion is on the market!

Jordon originally bought the home in 2021 for about $12.5 million. The gorgeous, three-story, 11, 5999 sqare foot property boasts some pretty attractive features too including a three-car garage, screening room, wine cellar, gym, and more. It also has eight bedrooms and a separate guest house.

But of course, a picture’s worth a thousand words (or in this case, maybe a million). And thankfully for you, we’ve got plenty to show you so if you want to see inside the “Creed” star’s stylish home—keep reading to get an inside look!

Upon arriving onto the property, you’re greeted by impressive curb appeal and a giant, 20-foot pivot door that welcomes you into the home.

A quick aerial look shows the entirety of the property, which spans across 0.51 acres. But trust us when we say, you won’t feel closed in at all once you go inside.

Opening View

While there’s no official foyer, you really don’t miss it due to how open and airy the home feels once you walk in it. You can quite literally see three different spaces from the front door, talk about luxurious!

Formal Living Room

Immediately to the left of the door, you’re introduced to the formal living area. This is perfect for entertaining guests who don’t intend to stay long but still want to feel the comforts of the space.

From the grand staircase (more on that later), you can really see how nicely decked out that space is.

Formal Dining Room

Next up is the dining room which will give you a beautiful view of the front yard and plenty of natural light.

Family Room

The family room is definitely giving a bit more of relaxed, lounge vibe and that’s exactly what we’d do if this was our space. Everything just screams comfort!

Kitchen

What’s better than having a kitchen right off the family room? Having a kitchen as gorgeous as this one! Do you see that solid, black and white marble slab on the island? Wow, just wow!

Breakfast Nook

Should you opt not to eat your breakfast on the couch in front of the TV in the family room, then you have the option of having somewhat of a more apropos dining experience at the breakfast nook. The bonus is that this comes with a good view of the backyard, too!

Grand Staircase

As you head upstairs to where the bedrooms are, you’ll have to take steps on this beautiful grand staircase which is equal parts artistic and functional.

Upstairs Loft Area

Immediately off the stairs is a modernly, quaint loft area perfect for an open office space or a quick reprieve from all those steps.

Primary Bedroom

Now, onto the main event—the primary bedroom. Clearly, this space has plenty enough room for two and gives plenty of resting and sitting options.

Primary Bathroom

With a bedroom as stunning as that, you already know the primary bathroom was going to come with some serious pressure. Although not pictured, it also boasts a separate, standing tub right next to the shower. However, the only downside is that it’s also right next to the toilet which is an interesting design choice.

Primary Bedroom Balcony View

There’s nothing like fresh air, fresh coffee and a good view in the morning and that’s exactly what you can enjoy day after day should you buy the property, thanks to the balcony that’s right off the primary suite.

Primary Closet

Talk about a closet that gives serious boutique vibes! Everything about this feels luxurious and makes us want to immediately go to the nearest store so we can fill up every nook and cranny.

Yes, it’s a closet that seemingly goes on and on. So there will be plenty of room for all the shirts, dresses, pants, coats, shoes, jewelry and more.

Basement

If you were impressed by the first two floors, then you’ll no doubt enjoy the basement because it comes with plenty of fun spots.

Second Family Room

Similar to the family room upstairs, this spot in the basement is also way less formal and even doubles as a game room as evidenced by the pool table.

Basement Bar

What’s a cool basement without a bar with all the tip top things? A whack one, that’s what. But thankfully, we don’t have to worry about that in this house.

Wine Room

No need to Instacart some wine to your home when you have a wine cellar like this. Sure, it doesn’t come with bottles included in it but this will definitely give you a reason to start building your own unique wine collection.

Theater Room

If we were Michael B. Jordan and our house didn’t come with a theater room, then this house would not be our home. How can a movie star not have a room dedicated to watching his craft? Thankfully though, you don’t have to be a celeb to enjoy a movie room.

Wellness Room & Gym

When you’re done playing in the basement and drinking in the wine room and feel like switching gears to some more healthy habits—you have plenty of space to do so in the wellness room/gym.

The great thing about this space is that while this only shows a few stationary bikes, the layout is good enough to put a couple different machines in there. Plus the indoor/outdoor split that allows you to take a dip in the pool for some water aerobics and swimming exercises is truly a win-win.

The Backyard

Should you get tired of the smaller pool in the wellness room, then you’ll have plenty of room to splash around in the backyard. This is a very well-done space that’s perfect for family functions, small outdoor parties and more.

Do you see the cabanas and all the seating? Summertimes at this house would be the thing that a lot of great memories are made of. We can picture it now!

Guest House

If you have people coming over for a long time and good time—they’ll have the option to have a spot of their own thanks to the guest house that’s on the property as well. Forget hotels, this place is giving five stars all on its own.
