A Look Inside Michael B. Jordan’s $10.5M LA Mansion, Now For Sale

Just one month after Michael B. Jordan won his Oscar for “Sinners,” it seems the mega-movie star has his sights set on bigger and better things. Or at least, that seems to be the case now that his chic L.A. mansion is on the market!

Jordon originally bought the home in 2021 for about $12.5 million. The gorgeous, three-story, 11, 5999 sqare foot property boasts some pretty attractive features too including a three-car garage, screening room, wine cellar, gym, and more. It also has eight bedrooms and a separate guest house.

Upon arriving onto the property, you’re greeted by impressive curb appeal and a giant, 20-foot pivot door that welcomes you into the home.

A quick aerial look shows the entirety of the property, which spans across 0.51 acres. But trust us when we say, you won’t feel closed in at all once you go inside.

While there’s no official foyer, you really don’t miss it due to how open and airy the home feels once you walk in it. You can quite literally see three different spaces from the front door, talk about luxurious!

Immediately to the left of the door, you’re introduced to the formal living area. This is perfect for entertaining guests who don’t intend to stay long but still want to feel the comforts of the space.

If we were Michael B. Jordan and our house didn’t come with a theater room, then this house would not be our home. How can a movie star not have a room dedicated to watching his craft? Thankfully though, you don’t have to be a celeb to enjoy a movie room.

Wellness Room & Gym

When you’re done playing in the basement and drinking in the wine room and feel like switching gears to some more healthy habits—you have plenty of space to do so in the wellness room/gym.

The great thing about this space is that while this only shows a few stationary bikes, the layout is good enough to put a couple different machines in there. Plus the indoor/outdoor split that allows you to take a dip in the pool for some water aerobics and swimming exercises is truly a win-win.

Should you get tired of the smaller pool in the wellness room, then you’ll have plenty of room to splash around in the backyard. This is a very well-done space that’s perfect for family functions, small outdoor parties and more.
